Overview
We specialise in sourcing and supplying authentic Japanese products. To ensure quality, availability, and competitive pricing, all orders are fulfilled through our structured weekly import process.
Order Processing & Fulfilment
All orders are processed and fulfilled on a weekly basis. We place consolidated bulk orders with our suppliers in Japan, which allows us to:
- Maintain consistent product availability
- Optimise logistics and shipping efficiency
- Offer customers the most competitive and up-to-date pricing
This approach applies to both individual and multiple-item orders.
Due to this fulfilment model, orders are not dispatched immediately after purchase but are included in our next scheduled shipment cycle.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing
- Delays outside of our control (such as customs clearance) may occasionally occur
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Important)
As all products are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes (such as VAT)
- Handling or clearance fees
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control
- We are unable to predict, calculate, or cover these costs on your behalf
Failure to pay required customs charges may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the shipment by the courier or customs authorities. In such cases, we cannot guarantee refunds.
Pricing & Market Fluctuations
As we source products directly from Japan, pricing may fluctuate due to changes in:
- Supplier costs
- Currency exchange rates
- Market demand
Our weekly ordering system allows us to adapt to these changes and ensure that customers receive the most accurate and competitive pricing available at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Courier disruptions
- International shipping restrictions
- Unforeseen logistical issues
